Abstract： Iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor in waste water treatment of nitrobenzene class has a unique advantage, it has been widely used in the actual production. However, the classic push streaming iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor has many defects in the actual operation. This paper designed a new type of iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor, and using the orthogonal experimental technique to obtain the optimal operation conditions are given as follows: water pH is 1, residence time of 5 h, solid-liquid ratio 0.03 g/mL. In the optimal operation conditions, equipment run continuously stable performance greatly improved (nitrobenzene removal rate is 80% - 88%). WastA new iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor and its application researchewater treatment costs significantly reduced, effectively overcome the defects of classic push streaming iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor, this outcome shows the new iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor has a broad application prospect.
