摘要: 本文对碳纳米管纱线的综合性能进行改性,并对改性后的碳纳米管纱线与聚苯硫醚树脂的界面性能进行了测试分析。首先,利用有机溶剂处理拉伸的方法,将浮动气相沉积法得到的碳纳米管纱线进行结构和性能改性,使纱线结构更加均匀,拉伸强度提高了23%,模量提升了300% ;其次,采用微滴脱粘法测量得到碳纳米管纱线和聚苯硫醚树脂的界面剪切强度为13.1 MPa;最后通过对树脂脱粘机理进行了讨论分析。

Abstract: In this study, the structure and properties of CNT yarn which manufactured by chemical vapor deposition was modified by dipping in the chemical solution and stretching. The interfacial shearing properties between the modified carbon nanotube (CNT) yarn and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) are investigated. First, after a simple pretreatment that combines drafting and dichloromethane shrinking processes, the as-treated CNT yarn shows a 23% increase in tensile strength, a 300% increase in initial Young's modulus. Next, the effective CNT/PPS interfacial shear strength is calculated to 13.1MPa by micro-bond test. Finally, the fracture mechanism was analyzed.
