摘要: 本文基于职称论文发表期刊中国29个省份1995-2012年的面板数据,研究了异质性人力资本与全要素生产率增长之间的关系,并用空间计量方法进行了稳健性分析。研究发现,中国地区间的全要素生产率在1995-2012年间具有显著的空间正相关性。知识人力资本和技能人力资本均对全要素生产增长率有显著正向促进作用,知识人力资本作用效果比技能人力资本大。同时考虑区域制度变迁,研究结果说明市场化程度越高的区域,知识人力资本影响效果越大,技能人力资本作用效果反而越低。

Abstract: This paper studies the relationship between the idiosyncratic human capital and the total factor productivity growth based on the panel data of China’s 29 provinces from 1995 to 2012.The result indicates that both knowledge human capital and skill human capital play significantly positive role in promoting total factor productivity growth. The higher level of the human capital plays grater role on the total factor productivity growth. Taking he regional institutional change into account, the result shows that knowledge human capital plays grater role in the higher degree of the market. On contratry,the effect of skill human capital is lower.
